Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ask Academy (the "Service"), a multi-tenant B2B video academy platform. By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Organizations and accounts
- Each organization ("Org") has one or more members with roles: owner, creator, or common (viewer).
- Org admins (owners) are responsible for member invitations, content published in the studio, and billing.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property or violates applicable law
- Attempt to access another organization's content without authorization
- Interfere with the Service's operation or security
Content
Videos and materials uploaded to your Org's academy are owned by or licensed to your organization. Ask Academy provides hosting and playback infrastructure; we do not claim ownership of your content.
Billing
Paid seats (owner and creator roles) are billed monthly via Stripe at the rate
configured for your subscription. See your org's billing page in /studio/billing
for current seat counts and subscription status.
Termination
- Org owners may cancel their subscription at any time through the billing portal.
- We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or poses a security risk.
- Upon termination, org data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
