  • Account information — name, email, and profile data when you sign in via Google OAuth.
  • Organization data — org name, member roles, and admin settings you configure.
  • Usage data — videos watched, likes, comments, and studio activity within your org.
  • Technical data — browser type, device information, and IP address for security and diagnostics.
  • Billing data — subscription status and seat counts (payment card details are handled by Stripe).

How we use information

We use your information to operate the Service, authenticate users, enforce org-scoped access, process billing, and improve the platform.

Third-party processors

Ask Academy relies on the following services to operate:
